Personal Training London


Training on a one to one basis or in a small group of people with similar interests and abilities is the preferred method of teaching. We can arrange to meet in a park, or at your own home. Rates vary depending on time and location, and also on what is being taught. Discounts are also available for regular students.

You can have a specific number of lessons on a weekly or monthly basis in order to learn a particular form or set of exercises over a prescribed period of time. At the end of which you would be able to continue practicing that set on your own. You are of course welcome to bring a friend along and share the cost.
