Taiji Qigong


Taiji Qigong – is comprised of slow meditative exercises designed to calm the mind and energize the body. It works by developing Chi (life energy), building it up and allowing it to sink and then spread throughout the body to wherever it is needed. All the exercises are very gentle and can be practiced by anyone. It is a very enjoyable morning or evening activity that leaves you feeling relaxed and invigorated. It is also great to practice outside in a nice place.

Taiji Qigong helps you achieve a physical, mental and emotional balance which you can then bring into your daily life.
